What would you do?
- Promote, implement and coordinate Carlsberg Group's sustainablity strategy - Together Towards Zero - inside and outside the organization (employees, media, organizations, NGOs, etc.).
- Plan and implement nationwide and local sustainability projects in cooperation with other internal and external partners.
- Create a Sustainablity Report for Carlsberg Polska and represent us at different forums devoted to the topic of sustainability.
- Support crisis communication, develop informational and educational materials, videos.
- Manage the budget.
What do we expect?
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the field of sustainablity / ESG in an international company (may be FMCG) or PR / marketing agency.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in independent management of sustainablity projects in which you have managed the budget and worked directly with various stakeholders.
- Successes supported by results (projects, activities, publications, speeches, etc.).
- Very good knowledge of the area of sustainability / ESG, SDGs, current trends and challenges in this area. Knowledge of EU works in the area of Green Deal and packaging directives (ROP, DRS), SUP, Plastic levy will be an advantage.
- Fluent command of the English language in speech and writing - level. B2-C1.
- Good orientation in the field of new media, passion for sustainability, communicativeness, creativity, proactivity in taking up challenges as well as strong goal-oriented and positive thinking.
