What will be You responsibilities?
- full orders management, order to cash
- phone and e-mail support -Swedish and Scandinavian market
- direct contact with suppliers and business clients
- manage the operations on SAP system
- working as a consultant, data administrator
- cooperating with different departments on a global level
- high quality customer assistance
Requirements:
- Fluent or Native level of Swedish((Min. C1/C2)
- Good English - Min. B2/ C1
- Min. 1 year experience in orders management/customer service/ logistics/ supply chain / import, export
- Very good communication and attention to details, data
- Self-discipline, proactive attitude, team spirit
- Experience in SAP will be a very strong asset!
- Wills to work in a multicultural environment
