T&E Reviewer with English

We are currently looking for candidates to work on the postion of T&E Reviewer with English. The role is responsible for managing the financial data and quality assurance. Proposed contract duration is 18 months with chances for prolonging.
Main tasks with include:
- Management of financial data involving: collecting, analyzing and storing financial data
- Identification of sources of financial data and establish the best way to gather information
- Process financial data and store it in a pristine format (to meet financial obligations)
- Support in developing, implementing and maintaining financial control procedures
- Be the supporting partner for Country Finance Managers/Global Functions /Accounting Services to offer accurate and relevant financial advice
- Monitoring accounting/financial reports and perform cross checks if they reflect correct data.
- Enforce Financial Compliance: guide all related partners in complying with relevant accounting standards (ICO reconciliations, calculate taxes, required declarations)
- Being a close partner for business review, internal and external audits
Requirements:
- University Degree in functional discipline or equivalent preferred
- Up to 2 years previous work experience in an Finance department
- Experience of working with ERP applications. Exposure to Netsuite is preferred
- Fluent English;
