Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist / Senior Recruiter
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the full cycle of recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, testing, and offering candidates
- Sourcing candidates and maintaining an active candidate pipeline
- Devising sourcing strategies to attract top talent
- Actively managing relationships with recruitment agencies and other HR providers
- Accurately documenting and maintaining all candidate information in the company database
- Pre-screening candidates and conducting interviews to find the best potential employees
- Managing all logistics aspects for interviews and assessment/development centres
- Conducting pre-employment tests as required
- Informing candidates about their status in a professional manner throughout various steps of the recruitment process
- Support the HR team in producing reports for the business
- Effectively communicating with Hiring Managers about recruitment progressions
- Implementing Employer Branding strategy
- Organizing and attending job fairs; networking events as required
- Coordinating the on-boarding of new employees
- Participating in various recruitment and HR initiatives related to business needs
- Assisting with other HR responsibilities and ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Min. 4 years of recruitment experience - Recruitment agency background is an advantage!
- A proven track record in providing recruitment processes for a range of positions
- Fluent English
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Being able to remain flexible, keep a positive attitude and open mind
- Being able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and work to meet tight deadlines
- Analytical and methodical work approach
- Maturity, high personal standards
- Strong customer service skills
- Being proactive, creative and dynamic personality
