Requirements:
- Technical recruiting background
- Ability to work as an individual contributor as well as a larger team
- Attentive to detail and well-organized; ability to handle multiple tasks and juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to take initiative and work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication and follow-up skills, with the ability to deliver a compelling story to prospective candidate
- Successful track record recruiting and filling positions
- Sourcing wizard with expert knowledge of Linkedin, applicant tracking systems, and other job boards and sourcing tools
- Ability to quickly establish credibility and relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Duties:
- Manage the execution of full life cycle recruiting
- Identify, attract, screen and secure top talent candidates (passive and active) across a variety of skills and experience levels
- Partner with hiring managers to identify key requirements and set recruitment strategy for designated roles
- Proactively develop pools of qualified candidates in advance of need, focusing on digital/e-commerce talent
- Manage candidates seamlessly through the interview process by conducting initial phone screens, scheduling and facilitating interviews, negotiating and closing all offers
- Identify and prescreen quality candidates that match both the technical and intrapersonal skills required to be successful in Gorilla"s dynamic and fast paced environment
- Network through industry contacts, association memberships, groups and employees
- Post openings in online advertisements, with professional organizations, and in other position appropriate venues
- Utilize diverse channels of digital and social media sites for recruitment
- Maintain accurate reporting
- Lead full-cycle of subcontractors onboarding, from the moment of request from the resourcing team up to introducing subcontractors to the project team, including management of subcontractors" database
