On behalf of our Client, an international SSC/BPO company located in Tricity, we are now looking for candidates for a position of Talent Manager in HR department.
As Talent Manager you will be responsible for coordinating recruitment function by executing policies, tools and establishing relations with external agencies. Your tasks will include supporting and coordinating employee engagement initiatives, managing internship programs, outsourcing and temporary employment processes as well as running presentations and trainings for managers and employees on talent related subjects.
The ideal Candidate for this position should have Master degree in Human Resources, Business or related area and at least 3 years of experience in HR or Business on senior or managerial position. Fluency in English is a must. You should have experience in performance management, talent management (including running talent development programs) as well as experience in project management and managing various stakeholders globally. Experience in coaching would be an advantage.
