As an Talent Sourcing Specialist, you will have a significant role in our international projects by being responsible for preparing and giving demonstrations to promote the solution; participation in projects and assignments connected to European Growth. This is a great opportunity to extend your own international market knowledge base as well as gain an intimate awareness of ICT/ BPO Market.
In this position you will be responsible for:
- Source candidates from job boards, internal database, referrals, head hunting and forums.
- Support end-to-end recruitment and selection process including posting jobs, screening resumes and interviews organization.
- Update and maintain regular reports to Recruitment Manager and other internal stakeholders.
- Developing new channels of recruitment.
- Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
- Strong communication skills - verbal and written in English.
- Proven ability to build and maintain candidate pipelines for both short & long-term hiring needs.
- Experience in using job boards, professional, social-networking sites for sourcing will be an asset
- Ability to work on various IT skill requirements and should possess the ability to source effectively.
- Minimum of 6 months of technical sourcing experience will be considered an advantage.
- Other European languages (German/French) would be desirable.
- Self-driven and result oriented, confident and decisive.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong willingness to learn new things and share them with others.
- Out-going and open-minded, enthusiastic and flexible in a team.
