Tax Specialist (Mergers and Aquisitions)

For our Client – company operating on real estate market – we are looking for Tax Specialist (M&A).

On this position you will take part in many interesting tax projects, most of all M&A projects. You will be responsible for CIT and VAT monthly calculation and declarations, tax related projects (M&A, transfer pricing, VAT coefficient, etc.), participation and coordination in month-end accounting activities, cooperation with Company’s local auditors and cooperation in preparation of company financial statements, communication and coordination of company tax advisors and leading tax projects undertaken by the company, reviewing of current accounting requirements and implementing improvements where necessary, creating and implementing new procedures and also ad hoc queries and tasks.

We are looking for experts within 3 or more years of experience in Tax M&A, Transfer Pricing, CIT, VAT projects (ideally undertaken for companies from real estate sector), solid understanding local and international taxes, Master degree, ability to work effectively in teams, experience in working in international environment, strong practical knowledge of corporate taxes (CIT, VAT), proven knowledge and practical understanding of Polish Financial Standards and general understanding of IFRS. Very important is strong command of spoken and written English. We are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills, is confident, is a good team player, has a self-starter skills.
