Team Leader - Controlling and Reporting

Requirements:
- Finance, Accounting or Business related Bachelor or Master degree
- 5+ years of professional experience in management accounting, forecasting, budgeting and analysing management accounting data
- Solid experience in team management
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of SAP , Hyperion Financial Management and strong MS Excel skills
- Customer, service oriented and results driven
- Excellent time management abilities and are oriented on deadlines
- Fluent knowledge of English
- Flexible for business travel, especially during the first time period where training will be foreseen abroad
Responsibilities:
- Manage accounting team: recruitment, performance management, appraisals, motivation and training
- Report company's financial performance and prepare regular and ad hoc reports, financial statements and analyses
- Support financial budgeting and forecasting processes
- Assist management and budget holders in understanding and interpreting financial data, support business decision making process and advise on their financial implications, suggest changes improving business performance
- Maintain controlling related master data
- Develop, manage and improve financial policies, processes and systems to ensure efficiency and compliance requirements
