The candidate will be required to work within a development feature team and will be responsible for all aspects of requirement gathering. Including communication with business users, preparation of functional specifications, acceptance criteria, holding demo sessions.

- Demonstrated experience working successfully with teams to deliver software

- Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve conflict with stakeholders
- Strong facilitation experience
- Demonstrated ability to understand and explain issues from both a technical and a business functional point of view

- Experience in Investment Banking preferably in Loan Finance
We are looking for a Technical/Business Analyst to be involved in one or more projects that are part of the back-end Risk Java-based software infrastructure in the Investment Bank IT department. These projects are interconnected to various degrees (loosely or tightly coupled). Some of them are in a software redesign/transition phase while others represent complete reimplementations of existing applications.
The Technical Lead will focus mainly on one of the projects, while being actively involved in all business/technical discussions in related projects.
