Technical Product Specialist

Position Description
- Coordinate necessary documentation for internal launch preparation in collaboration with relevant departments (GPM, OPM);
- Deal with pricing relevant topics, e.g. implementation of global list prices, support annual price adjustment and discontinuation process;
- Collaborate with Operational Product Manager (OPM) in areas like backorder management, product segmentation, service level definition and monitoring of product change requests;
- Coordinate data exchange with other involved departments in the light of continuous improvement process and drive product maintenance tasks;
- Support Global Product Management cross-functionally and organizationally to ensure that active work packages are delivered on time and on budget, and take action to rectify any significant deviation;
- Cooperate with required departments to support program activities and ensure that all stakeholders and QIAGEN Senior Management are kept well informed about all aspects of the project.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor degree or a comparable qualification;
- 2-5 years of relevant professional experience required;
- Fluent written and spoken English;
- Good knowledge and use of PC and database applications (Microsoft Office, SAP, CRM, etc.);
- Ideally first experience in project management and Post Market Surveillance Reporting.
