Technical Support Engineer

Responsibilites
- Deliver small changes and enhancements to the platform through developing changes or configuring the tools.
- Provide user and technical support for our Enterprise Data Toolkit. This includes our data governance (Collibra), Data Quality management (Informatica Data Quality, HP ALM) and BI (Tableau) tooling.
- Build the knowledgebase and internal documentation to provide users with a self service capability.
- Work with the project teams to continuously improve the platform.
- Monitor the existing platforms and ensure they are available to support the business.
- Work with consumers to troubleshoot and resolve their issues

The central IT Architecture & Strategy function is leading the development of our client's bank-wide Data Governance tooling to cover critical capabilities such as Data Management, Data Quality Management, Data Quality Issues Management and Tableau.
Candidate will support users of the Data Governance toolset across different platforms like Collibra, Tableau, Informatica Data Quality, HP ALM. Candidate will be collecting metrics, developing monitoring solutions, carrying out performance tuning and troubleshooting applications issues and problems.
