Forward Thinking Systems (FTS) is a worldwide provider of asset tracking and fleet management software. FTS technology assists clients in the improvement of their Compliance Safety & Accountability (CSA) scoring through the unitization of comprehensive Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) compliant electronic-logging services. The FTS feature-rich web portal permits businesses to track all vehicle movement for up to two years and provides vehicle diagnostics of fuel-levels, temperatures, speed, and harsh braking and accelerating. The FTS dispatch module sends stops directly from the web portal to a vehicle's Garmin navigator.
The primary responsibilities of the Technical Support Manager include, but are not limited to, managing and leading tech support team. Organize time schedules etc is vital part of the position.
- At least 2 years experience in a help desk environment
- English language knowledge on an advanced level
- Previous experience in a help desk environment, preferred
- Excellent managing skills
- Easy-going, flexible and friendly attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Aptitude to multi-task with a high volume of simultaneous projects
- Intermediate-level computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
