Technical Support Professional with French or Italian language
Szczecin
Technical Support Professional role is to help French / Italian speaking customers to solve technical problems. The employees help users, mainly on phone, to maintain of purchased equipment or/and network connections.
Candidate profile:
- very good knowledge of French or Italian language
- basic knowledge of English language
- good computer skills
- ability to think analytically
- excellent communication skills
