Test Automation Specialist
Location: Warszawa
Basic qualifications:
- Manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously and adapt to changes in project priorities
- Ability to provide detailed feedback
- Self-motivated individual with a desire to learn
- Ability to work as a team member and independently with minimal supervision
- Effective oral and written communication skills in English
Preferred qualifications:
- Understanding of the development lifecycle (Waterfall, Agile), software release processes and
- defect management
- Understanding of Continuous Deployment and Continuous Integration
- Hands-on experience in PHP, JavaScript
- Hands-on experience in SQL
- Hands-on experience in Jenkins
- Knowledge or experience with open source tools such as Selenium WebDriver
- Practical experience in Linux, Bash, Git
Qualifications:
- ISTQB Certified in testing (desirable not essential)
High Level Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Software Developers in small scrum teams and sprint development cycles to deliver the highest quality products through the entire SDLC
- Continue evaluation of test cases for inclusion in regression, automation for newly integrated features
- Design, build and manage automated test suites to maintain quality and consistency across daily releases
- Develop and maintain the overall testing infrastructure
- CI monitoring on Jenkins
- Test and CI tools maintenance
- Test data preparation
- Extending and maintaining the automated regression test suite
- Expected to learn and stay up to date with advancement in both the QA and technology
Experience:
- A minimum of two (2) years of hands-on experience in test automation or any other programming experience
