Test Engineer / System Administrator - RDE

Test Engineer responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining automated test procedures;
- Executing test procedures according to test plans;
- Analyzing product requirements and designing test procedures that accurately validate the functionalities and coming out with proper approach (functional, longevity, performance, testing);
- Creating and maintaining automatic test environment;
- Reporting defects;
- Reviewing designed test cases;
- Performing manual testing;
Administrative responsibilities:
- Perform production environment upgrades and installations
- Controlling access to cloud based infrastructure
- Maintaining deployment process in cloud based infrastructure
- Maintaining version control of deployed software
- Proactive infrastructure monitoring and planning for required infrastructure changes
- Cooperation with IT department on planned infrastructure changes
- Acting as escalation point to IT or development teams in case of interruption of services
- From desired candidate for Test Engineer / System Administrator we expect:
- Bachelor / Master degree (Computer Science, Telecommunication, Electronics or related) ;
- Some development experience;
- Ability to analyze thoroughly requirements/specifications;
- Strong problem-solving skills;
- Experienced troubleshooting and debugging skills;
- Assertive with architects, designers and developers;
- Interested in technical testing career path;
- Focused on quality and process improvement;
- Attention to detail;
- Ability to work efficiently in an international team;
- Collaboration with onsite and offsite teams;
- Good command of English (in speaking and writing);
- Experience in administration of Windows operating system and IIS
Following skills will be a plus:
- Experience with any automation tools (preferably API testing in .NET environment);
- API testing;
- BDD experience (e.g. Specification by Example);
- Performance testing experience (e.g. from black-box perspective);
- Experience in testing and administering applications in cloud environment
- Test methodologies knowledge;
- Test tools knowledge with focus on automation;
- .NET technologies;
