We are looking for:
Test Engineer
Location: Wrocław
Main responsibilities:
- Create / support the development of the test strategy and test plan
- Estimate the testing effort during project planning
- Design, organize, plan, coordinate and execute the testing activities for projects and change requests, to ensure that the testing process complies to the project requirements
- Supervise and support defect resolution
- Participate on go/no-go decisions at key project stages
- Prepare reports to IT Test Manager, IT Project Manager and line management
- Review test documents that are part of the project life cycle
- Act as a deputy for other test engineers
Key skills:
- Good experience in testing standards, test processes, and ideally on test management (planning and controlling)
- Experience in Software Quality and Software Testing
- Experience in full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Experience with Quality Center (knowledge of automation and load & performance strategies / execution)
- Experience with working across countries in offshore delivery models
- Knowledge of Agile/SCRUM, SAFE and Waterfall methodologies
