This role is responsible for successful delivery of Change the Bank and Run the Bank testing engagements. Substantial experience with Quality Control methodology is required, specifically requirements/testing traceability, test planning, test execution, defect management, and project level reporting. Candidate must have a proven track record in a QA with excellent communication skills, and have solid knowledge of standard testing practices, tools and reporting.
- Full understanding of SDLC, QA and Defect Lifecycle
- 5+ years of experience within Test data identification & creation
- Experience of HP Quality Centre is a requirement
- Prepare, execute, and manage software testing engagements
- Assist with creation high level test strategies with input from the Dev Feature Lead and/or business and derive time estimates
- Leverage automated testing solutions within the team and projects
- Manage relationships with development and business stakeholders
- Engage proactively with QA Manager regarding project statuses, resourcing, risks
- Reporting to QA manager on a weekly basis by way of structured reports and informal meetings outlining achievements/issues
- Understand and respond appropriately to internal and external client needs
The project is a global technology change and delivery organization comprising nearly 100 individuals located in Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States and Singapore. It provides archiving and retrieval solutions to all Customer’s business divisions, focusing on supporting Legal, Regulatory and Operational functions.
The current technology stack comprises z/OS, IBM CMOD, Opentext, Oracle, SAMFS, DB2, TSM, NETAPPS SNAPLOCK and various in-house created technologies.
Our team methodology will include Scrum / Agile and traditional Iterative / Waterfall models. The project teams consist of IT project managers, business analysts, developers and testers. Business is represented by various business units from all divisions of the bank.
