Mobica is currently looking for candidates for the position of Test Engineer to work in our office in Lodz.
Requirements:
- Proven Test Managment experience - managment of teams from 5 to 15 engineers;
- Experience in Managing several projects;
- Knowledge of testing terminology and tools (e.g. Bugzilla, JIRA, QC);
- Ability to learn new systems and tools quickly;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Very good English skills for fluent verbal and written communication;
- IT, Telecommunications or similar background;
- A customer-focused attitude;
- Minimum 7 years experience;
- Willingness to travel to customer sites;
- Test planning and requirements analysis;
Good to have:
- ISTQB certificates;
- Project Managment certificates;
- Experience in System, Regression, End to End, Performance and Automated Testing;
- Travel minimum 3 months per year;
