Test Specialist/Team Leader

Responsibilities:
- Ensure quality of the deliveries
- Define quality standards and procedures
- Oversee the work of the testers
- Work closely with the team, especially the business analyst, developers and other testers to implement the user stories
- Review user story definitions
- Liaise with local country experts for additional detail
- Write and execute manual and automatic test cases
- Cooperate with other testing team community members to assimilate new technologies and standards
- Drive the delivery process
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in ensuring quality of software projects
- People management experience
- Experience in using automated testing frameworks
- Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks
- Very good written and verbal communication skills in English and Polish
- Ability to understand the formal requirements
- Ability to build productive working relationships with internal teams and management staff
