Together with us you will develop software for services running on top of modern public safety communications systems - LTE ASTRO (P25) and Dimetra (TETRA). The product is entirely developed, tested and deployed for customers by our team located in our Software Center in Krakow, Poland.
We are looking for Tester/Support Engineer to work on GATOR tool. Your responsibilities will include design, development and tests of the configuration rules used by GATOR tool to manage customer systems. We work as a scrum team that provides end2end solutions focused on user experience and value. Teamwork, cooperation and keeping high standards are crucial for us.
GATOR - Global Asset Tracking and Auditor - automates Asset Tracking and Auditing of Astro and Dimetra Systems. In the future, it will also support LTE. GATOR is entirely developed, tested and released for customers in our R&D center in Cracow, Poland.
As Tester/Support Engineer your responsibilities will be testing, debugging and implementing rules used by GATOR.
- Bachelor's degree in a Software Engineering or Computer Science
- IP networking
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of communication protocols such as Telnet, SSH, SNMP, etc.
- Understanding of virtualization software such as VMware
- Familiarity with XML and JSON formats
- Concept of RESTful web services / API
- Generic SQL database knowledge
- Excellent organization skills
- Communicative English - verbal and written
Experience in the following areas will be treated as an additional asset:
- Working knowledge of Git, Bitbucket, JIRA, Jenkins, AWS
- Experience with Motorola ASTRO and/or Dimetra radio systems with an understanding of their
- deployment and technology components
- Communicative Polish
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
