For our Client, an international company, we are currently looking for
Tool Specialist - Chewell

Localization: Warsaw
Job type contract: Contract (B2B) or perm agreement
Duration: minimum 12 months

Job description:
- assisting in the development and delivering reports to the Service Delivery Management function
- ensuring availability of the IT services in relation to the agreed SLAs
- second level support with regards to raised tickets
- ensuring the future development of new functionality
- configuring process work flows based on the standard functionality provided by tools

Requirements:
- at least 4 years of experience in working with ITSM tools
- very good English– corporate language
- knowledge of: SQL, VB and Chewell
- certified in ITIL Foundation level (V3)
