Training Administrator

Responsibilites
- Organization/help any events concerned with trainings in location;
- Language classes (organization, payment, contact with provider and employees);
- Ability for accurate work in internal management systems and tools;
- Training modules preparations (infrastructure, materials, invitations, certificates, problem solving etc.);
- Introduction trainings (consulting, organization, closing in the system)
- Cooperation with internal and external training providers;
Requirements
- Fluent English, knowledge of Russian will be additional asset;
- Good communication skills;
- Advanced PC user (MS Office, Outlook, Internet Explorer);
- Strong attention to details and organization;
- Self-starter and proactive approach to resolving problems and issues;
- Optional: Organization experience (internal events, daily activities related with trainings);
