Transaction Services (Financial Due Diligence) - Senior Associate
Job location: Warszawa
Main duties:
- financial statement assessment and analysis
- data integrations (impact on final valuation and negotiations)
- delivering presentations, reports and highlights of key matters
- maintaining and developing client relationships
Requirements:
- min. 3-4 years of experience in running financial due dilligence projects,
- Good knowledge and understanding of accounting principles and financial reports,
- A strong command of spoken and written English and Polish,
- Excellent knowledge of Excel based tools,
- Excellent analytical skills,
- Ability to work effectively in teams with both clients and other professionals,
