Fresenius Medical Care have decided to establish Shared Service Centre in Wrocław and are recruiting for the position of Transition Manager with French.
We're looking for and experienced Transition Manager to help establish this Center.
As a Transition Manager you will:
• Deliver Transition Project in line with recognized best practice methodology (gap analysis, managing risk, governance, quality assurance, issue resolution, reporting)
• Ensure seamless transfer of accountancy (P2P, O2C, A2R) processes from sites in France to the Shared Services Center in Poland (Wrocław).
• Manage all stages of the migration process.
• Conduct detailed Transition Planning in accordance with Go-Live commitments.
• Review of project proposals to determine goals, time frame, procedures for accomplishment of the project.
• Act as the central liaison for all transition activities
• Manage day to day Transition project communication both within all stake holders and produce relevant reports accurately and in a timely manner at the agreed frequency.
• Drive change management and risk assessment to be able to plan and implement corrective actions.
• Report on the advancement of the migration process and risk that occur.
• Coordinate and facilitate the process of documenting accounting policies and procedures.
• Identify and document additional process improvements opportunities for possible implementation after transition.
• Research and solve accounting transaction questions and other local country issues in an agreed upon timeframe.
• Assist with training of site personnel, including coaching and guiding job-shadowers and acting as their manager.
• Travel to France
We are looking for candidates with relevant experience in transition, leading migration processes as well as experience and knowledge in accountancy. If on top of that you are fluent in French, this position is for you!
We're offering a fixed term contract (2 years) with potential to extend this period.
