Requirements:
- Strong experience in Shared Service Centre / Offshoring / Outsourcing area
- Previous experience on a similar position (as a manger of transition or/and transformation projects)
- Experience in finance and accountancy area
- Project Management Qualification
- Attention to details
- Builds good working relationships with team members, comfortable influencing and directing across different roles and cultures
- Problem solving attitude
- Willingness to learn & adapt to situation
- Ability to work under pressure
- Willingnes to travel
Responsibilities:
- Managing transition projects in the finance area
- Manage the delivery of the project end-to-end including metodology, planning, managing issues, risks, assuptions and dependiences
- Delivering progress reports, documentations, presentations
- Supervising project team members and contractors
- Manage senior stakeholders and related communication within projects
- Supervising stabization phase, trainings needs for all teams
