Travel and Expense Accountant

For our Client, international company located in Bielsko-Biała, we are currently looking for candidates to work as Accountant in Travel & Expense team.

Working on this position your responsibilities will include (but will not be limited to): booking invoices in the effective and timely manner, review Travel & Expense Reimbursements received, settling and processing of travel and expenses, settling and processing of the credit cards, validating the existing procedures and test new solutions, assistance in analysis of vendors’ accounts situation, taking part in month end closing, working in accordance with SOX procedures, working with KPI.

To be successful on this position you need to speak good English (min. B2) and have experience in finance area, preferably in T&E area gained in BPO/SSC environment. Knowledge of SAP and/ or Concur would be an advantage. This role will fit motivated and enthusiastic candidate able to work under pressure of time.
