- Executing daily accounting activities
- Participation in Month End close and focus on most complex tasks
- Following Japanese SOX controls, internal policy and providing update to those if necessary
- Identify and collect possible process and system enhancements. Participate in process modification / enhancements / testing / process automation in SAP S4 Hana. Provides quality assurance tests on the end-products
- Active participation in process automation and other projects & active contribution to the deliverables
- Provide support to the other team members, delivering necessary reports and operational analysis
- Building strong and effective co-operation with multiple internal stakeholders
- University degree (Accounting or Finance)
- At least 5 years experience in a multinational company (preferably in a Shared Service Centre multifunctional role (i.e. Treasury Back/ Middle Office)
- Experience in Treasury, Treasury Accounting and Treasury systems related role
- Fluent English Language (oral and written)
- Working knowledge of Treasury Accounting specifics
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- ERP system Knowledge (SAP is a must)
- Great analytical and problem-solving skills with proven experience
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and against challenging deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- Team oriented
- Ability to work independently and manage own workload
- Ability to coordinate multidimensional projects with multiple stakeholders
