Headquarter: Warsaw as primary place of work

Willing to work at client's locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term
-
Willing to travel min. 50% (annual) of time and could be more. Travel is required and may be 80%-100% on a weekly basis on some projects (typically Monday - Friday) for some periods during the year

Minimum Bachelor's degree – educational background in Economy / Business / similar or technical university education

Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken)
-
3+ years of overall industry or consulting (preferred) experience
-
Utilities industry / functional experience with sound understanding of industry value chain and focus on Utilities Retail – customer care / customer service, billing, sales processes, sales support processes
-
Exposure to or hands on experience in CRM systems will be a strong asset
-
Experience in one or more of these areas: Business Process mapping, Process optimization and modeling, Business Models development, Business Models implementation, Restructuring / Transformational projects

Strong business process management skills
-
Demonstrate a strong track record of solving complex business issues and delivering client satisfaction

Possesses excellent communication (written and oral) skills and excellent presentation skills

Comfortable functioning in a broadly positioned and highly diverse consulting firm

Excellent team work and ability to work in distributed delivery environment

Should have managed teams and project delivery experience

Should express strong business development experience and abilities

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications especially with MS PowerPoint and MS Visio
