Job Description:
- Collaborating with project teams to gather and validate business and functional requirements for the web user interfaces
- Creating user scenarios, process flows and data/field designs to illustrate how users will use the application to complete its underlying business processes
- Providing consultation to visual developers and designers to ensure defined UX-planning is executed
- Master Degree
- 5+ years of proven experience in defining, developing, and documenting UX design and interaction requirements/specifications
- Highly developed wireframing skills: Visio, Axure, iRise, or other prototyping tool

Knowledge of MS Sharepoint will be an asset

Excellent command of English and Polish
- Competence in management of project team
- Very high interpersonal and communication skills
- Creativity, ability to solve problems
