Visual Merchandiser
Miejsce pracy: Warszawa
Visual Merchandiser Eastern Europe & Balcans ensures that Visual Merchandising execution within the licensing stores on the assigned region are of highest quality and aligned with the company’s strategy.
VM EE & Balcans in particular:
- supervises licensing stores ensuring that the VM standards were maintained
- coordinates the VM guidelines implementation based on a regular analysis of sales indicators in the stores of reference
- partners with Area Managers to raise the level of maintenance of merchandising directives within stores
- coordinates the work of local teams ensuring that the local visual merchandising standards are in line with organization guidelines provided by the corporate HQ
- provides clear instructions and leadership to partners’ store teams
- approves VM execution through store visits & photo reviews
- manages POP & windows displays orders for the stores of reference
- manages seasonal VM training for local teams and sales staff
- regularly provides content for store communication including new procedural directives, current trends, and new products
- works with cross-functional partners to remove obstacles, identifies and escalates issues for timely resolution
- supports new collection presentations in the local showroom for sales campaign and press days
- provides regular reports and feedback to direct Supervisor in order to increase the performances of the stores of reference in accordance with the corporate directives
Requirements:
- at least a bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of visual merchandising experience from the leading retail company
- excellent written, oral, and presentation skills
- strong analytical skills and ability to draw conclusions based on numerical data
- fluent English, knowledge of Russian would be considered a great asset
- ability to travel up to 60% of the time (based on market needs)
- ability to communicate with colleagues at different levels
- ability to self-manage budget and timelines and work well independently
- deadline oriented with superior organizational skills in a fast paced environment
- understanding of current fashion/retail trends
