Project Description:
You will be part of the team working on automating current provisioning, reporting and configuration management processes for Skype, Teams and Cisco Unified Communications, including integration as well with UBS voice recording and inventory tools. Currently we use mostly use vanilla Javascript (ES6) and NodeJS - when required - to build our applications.
Responsibilities
- development, integration and lifecycle of Automation and Tooling solutions for Unified Communications systems.
Skills
MS technical specialist with experience in deploying MS Teams Rooms, MS Surface Hub and ideally some experience in Teams/Zoom interop solutions, per below
- 1-2 years' experience of this product set and, 5-plus years industry experience in MS environments
- High to very high level skill level working with hybrid Azure/O365 on premise environments, including Skype For Business on premise
- Design as well as deployment experience of above
- Very good troubleshooting skills
- Excellent documentation and spoken communication skills (English), written and spoken English.
