Reporting to: Wellness & Resiliency Program Manager
Location: Kraków
The Wellness Coordinator will act as an integral member of the Global Wellness Team and provide support to employees working with sensitive content. This position is generally varied, including administrative duties and project-oriented assignments requiring the use of sound judgment and discretion, independent assessment and resolution of complex situations/issues. The Wellness Coordinator will interact with internal stakeholders including People Operations, Operational Managers Site Management and Facilities. On a daily basis the successful candidate will be in contact with employees in the delivery of programs and the smooth operation of the Wellness Framework. The successful candidate must have the ability to respond to shifting priorities, maintain calendars and administration work. Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills are required in order to coordinate with stakeholders and accomplish departmental activities.
- Administration of wellness activities and wellness program compliance by project team
- Align with leads on current wellbeing initiatives and report site trends/issues
- Identify and escalate trends and issues to operations management and team as appropriate
- Develop & deliver educational trainings and wellness activities for operational employees
- Create newsletters and communications on wellness programs
- Coordinate and schedule wellness activities such as yoga, group sessions, meditation, fitness sessions etc.
- Floor walks and check-ins with the teams
- Work with the wellness committee within the organization around compliance, other metrics and calibrate the wellness program with the team based on feedback
- Wellness program orientation for new joiners and current employees
- Refresher trainings for the agents on the program to educate them on the benefits of the program
- Provide professional and administrative services to the Global Wellness team
- Ensure delivery of integrated programs and services accordance with the Wellness Framework goals and objectives
- Exhibit extensive working knowledge of Wellness initiatives
- Serve as a resource person to Wellness team members
- Interact with Wellness team members such as Employee Assistance Professionals, Health & Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Ergonomics, People Operations, and other on-site departments; individual employees and contractors and all Wellness vendors in order to deliver the Wellness programs outlined in the Business Plan and Goals/Objectives
- nitiate, coordinate, and participate in the planning and implementation of Wellness programs including, but not limited to, educational and training seminars and screening programs
- Assumes responsibility for logistics, scheduling, problem resolution and reporting of results
- Designs and produces department materials utilising advanced skills in software applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Coordinates and compiles statistical data for Wellness management.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is essential
- Degree in Psychology or other related field is preferred
- 2 years work experience in Human Resource administration, wellness or other related field is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with exceptional interpersonal, customer service, and time management skills
- A sense of urgency required while maintaining a high degree of professionalism
- Ability to multitask, work with minimal supervision, and achieve results in a fast-paced environment
- Creative problem-solving and analysis skill
- Team player with exceptional interpersonal and solution-oriented attitude
- Problem Solving: Identify & analysing issues to drive logical solution
- Strong organizational skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and operate with poise and professionalism in a complex, and rapidly changing environment.
