Your role
Are you a stickler for getting things right? Do you know how to solve problems? We are looking for someone like this who can help us:
- ensure the centrally managed accruals process achieves the expected and accurate monthly cost reporting
- ensure accrual data is based on a consistent set of data from source systems
- calculate amounts to be accrued
- track invoice payments to determine accrual releases
- provide adequate documentation / back-up to Finance to substantiate need for accrual accounting entry
Your team
The Accruals Utility Team within Operational Forecasting Function located in Zabierzow, Krakow Business Park. We are the central interface with the Finance team for accruals processing. We are providing analytical, business management and reporting services to various stakeholders located across the World.
Your paid internship will last 3-6 months with a possibility of extension, based on 30-40 hour week.
Your experience and skills
You have:
- student status or university degree
- strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills (you know how to figure things out)
- very good Excel skills
- ability to meet deadlines and answer ad-hoc requests
You are:
- fluent in English
- an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- a flexible, resilient team player with a positive attitude
- known for your can-do attitude when tackling daily tasks
