Our client is a global pharmaceutical company that establishes a new Finance Sheared Service Centre in Cracow. On behalf of the company we are looking to recruit Accounts Receivable Specialist – Italian Speaker.
The successful Candidate will be responsible for daily processing of incoming and outgoing payments and bank reconciliation, communicating with counter-parties to request backup or provide supporting documentation to ensure all queries are resolved and balances agreed in a timely manner to meet corporate deadlines, timely processing of incoming IC invoices.
Prepare and record monthly intercompany invoices and billings, and review individual intercompany entity. Moreover you will be responsible for prepare balance sheet reconciliations and perform P&L analysis, reporting of final agreed balances according to corporate deadlines, assist with the documentation of accounting policies, procedures and internal controls.
The successful Candidate has fluent English and Italian language skills and at least 1 year experience in AR department. Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage. We are looking for Candidate with strong interpersonal skills and stress resistance. The right Candidate must also have good decision making, analytical and problem solving skills.
