AR&Billing Team Lead
Location: Poznań
Our Requirements:
- good written and verbal communication skills
- leadership skills by nature and experience
- ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- experience with SAP – nice to have
- advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- bachelor's degree in Accounting a plus
- +5 years of Accounts Receivable&Billing experience.
Responsibilities:
- providing leadership to the accounts receivable and billing staff on daily work functions and responsibilities
- supporting all team members on a daily basis to achieve better performance (regular meetings, frequent feedbacks, coaching, recognitions, development plan)
- owning and managing the AR&Billing team's KPI's
- responsibility for managing the monthly AR&Billing closing activities, reviewing etc.
- responsibility for reconciliation of subsidiary ledger to General Ledger and cash disbursements to general ledger
- control and services of processes in the field of Accounts Receivable and Billing financial operations
- optimization of processes
- direct supervision of the work of subordinate employees
- providing technical and accounting trainings for the team members
- professional communication in foreign languages (English)
