- Manage a team of Area Maintenance Managers (AMM)
- Organize and manage the AMM’s operation to deliver best quality service in all Tesco stores
- Support of bgt control process
- Support process of specification preparation
- Support process of collecting information about services quality
- Create and manage maintenance routines in regions
- Optimize maintenance costs
- Regular visit regions
- Optimize maintenance routines to simplify rules
- Manage commissioning process regarding to development and refit programs
- Support and lead projects defined by Expenditure Committee
- Support, develop and encourage the team, create positive team spirit
- Represent Tesco in relation with contractors and local authorities
- Technical or University degree (economic or technical)
- Experience in team management at least 3 years
- Computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good organization, analysis, and budget-making skills
- Excellent influencing skills and customer-oriented attitude
- Good communication skills
- Personal commitment
- Management of change
- Problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel
- Good English skills
