About this opportunity
Welcome to the Safekeeping PL team. As the Assistant/Service Operations Officer you’ll play a valuable role in tasks related to account administration, reports and relations with our clients in Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden.
What you’ll be doing:
- Daily opening, changing and closing global and sub-custody accounts
- Accounting data entry
- Servicing common mailbox
- Creating or changing work instructions
- Taking part in various projects (relating processes or team areas)
You’ll join a team that puts in the first place good work atmosphere and is truly passionate about our client service. The role is based in Łódź.

Your experience and background:
- Advanced knowledge of English language, both spoken and written
