- Basic troubleshooting of hardware (servers or client computing devices i.e. laptops, PCs, tablets)
- Providing technical support for our customers from Germany, Austria and Switzerland
- Troubleshooting and installation of Windows
- Basic virtualization support
- Stack monitoring
- Conducting diagnosis based on input from customer and gathered data
- Processing service requests according to the company processes
- German – written and spoken – C1 (preferable) and English - written and spoken - at least B2
- Experience in Service desks or related IT services – preferable, if not – logical thinking is a must have
- Basic knowledge of computer assembly and accessories
- Understanding Service Desk Process
- Incident Controlling
- Service Level Controlling
