Zadania: • Udział w realizacji projektów rekrutacyjnych dla klientów polskich i zagranicznych • Wsparcie konsultantów ds. rekrutacji w ramach realizacji zleconych projektów • Redagowanie i aktualizacja ogłoszeń rekrutacyjnych • Aktywne poszukiwanie kandydatów przy wykorzystaniu adekwatnych metod i narzędzi • Wstępna weryfikacja napływających aplikacji • Prowadzenie komunikacji telefonicznej i mailowej z kandydatami • Zarządzanie bazą CV kandydatów
Wymagania: • Zainteresowanie zagadnieniami z obszaru zarządzania zasobami ludzkimi • Chęć zdobywania nowych doświadczeń i umiejętności • Dobra znajomość języka angielskiego w mowie i piśmie (min.
