You will coordinate the work of the Business Analysts and prepare reports and analysis at both detailed and consolidated level for various stakeholders across IP (mainly for IP Head Quarters, EMEA Lead Teams and IT Organization). Additionally, the EMEA Coordinator needs to clarify the message behind the numbers, to reveal challenges and possible opportunities for the organization, to support projects across EMEA with expert knowledge, to backup business analysis team members in daily tasks if need occurs and overview the work done by team members.

Assure accurate and timely reporting of financial and operational performance

Provide management with high quality information for decision making

Ensure timely consolidation of budgets and forecasts of IP EMEA divisions

Act as an intermediary between IP EMEA facilities and Corporate Headquarters in Memphis in matters related to financial reporting

Ensure continuous improvement of IP EMEA reporting and analysis by pro-actively seeking opportunities to streamline processes and tools

Act as a key contact for customers in the specific area of expertise

Ensure overview of the work done in the area of expertise / ensure consistency of reporting

Develop new or redesign existing processes / tools to keep up with changes in business environment

Overview work done in the area of expertise and ensure consistency of reporting

Manage Business analyst team with special emphasize on: balance workload between team members, ensure people development by applying Roadmap tools, support ongoing recruitments

Work together with BA Packaging and BA Papers in order to ensure consistency and streamline processes

Bachelor's / Master's Degree preferably in Economy / Business Administration / Finance / Accounting

Experience of at least 5 years in Finance / Business Analysis / Controlling

Experience in leading team in Finance environment

Proficient knowledge of Excel with the ability to quickly learn other software and computer applications

Experience in project management
-
Knowledge of US GAAP
-
Experience in working with SAP

Excellent written and verbal communication in English is essential. Ability to communicate in other European languages would be an advantage
