Business Analyst

You will be a good match if you:
- Have 10 years of experience and necessary qualifications as IT Business Analyst or equivalent role, within an IT organisation working in a global environment
- Solid expertise in ITIL processes / ITIL certification desired
- Have strong analytical skills
- Have experience in IT Service Management and / or IT Service Transformation
- Have proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Visio)
- Know visualisation tools such as iAnalyze, Tableau etc. or similar
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
You get extra points for:
- Knowledge of the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK), certification is an advantage
As a part of our team You will be responsible for:
- Providing analysis and solutions that supports successful project delivery in a matrix environment
- Maintaining relationships with and to influence key stakeholders
- Gathering and reviewing business requirements
- Analyzing impact of change to the existing processes, system flows and documentation
- Tracking and facilitating issues resolutions during SIT/UAT/Regression
- Supporting Business Users and Developers during the whole software lifecycle
