You will be part of the Account Management team (in one of the biggest accounts in DXC-Luxoft BCM lob), responsible for client relationships and business growth.
Main activities include (But not limited to): activities coordination, contract management, dealing with business opportunities and governance on the senior level.
o Work with the Global Account Director to jointly develop an idea as to how the cooperation should work
o Filling expenses on behalf of client relationship director
o Get to know the main relevant Client systems and processes
o Know stakeholders and org charts and keep informed on any relevant changes
o Performing salesforce management
- Updating contacts
- Chase next action due dates and prepare them (ppt's, email, agenda's)
- Create chatter meeting with input from meetings
- Decide jointly with me when a meeting should be converted into an opportunity
- Update opportunities wherever possible
o Act as go-between SAM and delivery, take their opportunities on as well and enter the relevant details in Salesforce
o Assist in planning and preparing strategic meetings and join where possible remotely or onsite
o Assist in devising/renewing and maintaining the communication plans
o Prioritise stakeholder interaction
o Maintain action heat map
o Maintain weekly updates for SAM and Delivery
o Assist in chasing delivery and helping coordination for RFP's
