Supporting existing CVE team in arranging logistics for Client Visits in Delivery Centers in Poland in the following areas:
- Visits scheduling, managing the Visits’ Diary
- Reporting Charter maintenance
- Conference rooms, hotels, restaurants booking
- Catering and transfers arrangements
- Cooperation with 3rd parties and vendors
- On-site support during visits
- Develop, manage and maintain effective working relationships with: Business Development Community, Capgemini Service Delivery Managers, Capgemini Vendors
