- Provide Messaging environment support based on MS Exchange 2010/2016 with Incident and Configuration Management activities.
- Monitor system via available IT tools to assure the highest stability and resiliency of the service.
- Participate in product Lifecycle Management, migrations, tests, modernizations, patching.
- Lead assigned major incidents or sub-projects (engage other teams, drive resolution, communicate to stakeholders, search for root-cause).
- Support automation and innovations initiatives to improve system/team performance.
- Share knowledge among EMEA and other Regions team members.
- Provide daily support for Journaling, Retention and Compliance activities, technical support for variety of incidents and internal user request.
EMEA Collaboration Services team located in Warsaw and Wroclaw covering with its responsibility EMEA region, but also with some follow-the-sun activities. Email, voice, video, unified messaging and compliance services plays vital role in corporate electronic and daily communication area, thus is a subject of high focus and quality improvements. Ongoing, wide-ranging IT transformations engages actively Collaboration Services Team giving access to the newest technologies and systems.
Messaging and Compliance Operations is part of EMEA Collaboration Services Team structure located in Warsaw and Wrocław. The team is responsible for Incident, Change and Configuration of End-User back office services, in particular MS Exchange supervision, corporate-wide Voice and Video, journaling, retention and record discovery solutions. The EMEA Collaboration unit consists of number of SME’s delivering mainly L2 services support.
Multitask role giving opportunity to grow in international, global organization, while helping to deploy the most advanced solutions and systems. High potential to learn new skills and discover new competence areas. Acting as the gatekeeper for the Messaging and Compliance and Retention System will be part of key group responsible for this part of operations.
