For our Client we are looking for a subcontractor to fulfill the Commissioning Manager vacancy.
- Ensuring that all orders allocated are completed according to schedule and within budget.
- Observance of safety guidelines as well as identifying and eliminating hazards.
- Continuation and adaption of the detailed commissioning planning together with the Lead Engineer Commissioning.
- Ensuring that the technical, supplier, quality and operating documentation are available in good time.
- Organisation of the drawing up of pre-commissioning and commissioning guidelines.
- Compilation and management of the Commissioning team together with the Lead Engineer. Commissioning and the Commissioning Supervisors.
- Coordination and monitoring of all activities on site.
- Check the HSE plan and coordinate with the HSE Manager
- Determination of the commissioning systems/subsystems and their interfaces in close coordination with Commissioning and Construction Managers.
- Acceptance of the technical handover protocol from construction or the respective supplier.
- Return of the pre-commissioning plan to construction so that the completion orders of the systems can be compared.
- Planning, scheduling and coordination of suppliers’ representatives.
- Support of the Project Manager in the event of claims or design changes (as-built).
- Drawing up of an internal list of items pending for commissioning matters as well as a final commissioning report.
- Winding up the site Performance and coordination of on-the-job training.
- Higher engineering/technical education.
- Experience as a Commissioning Manager for EPC projects.
- Familiarity with HAZOP studies, Safety Integrity Level (SIL), classification studies and the HSE plan.
- Fluent Polish and English – both verbal and written.
- Own business or readiness to register one (B2B contract).
