For our Client, one of the world’s leaders in FMCG industry, we are currently seeking Candidates for the role of COMPENSATION & BENEFITS ANALAYST with RUSSIAN LANGUAGE.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS ANALAYST with RUSSIAN will be accountable for administration and delivery of pre-payroll, compensation and benefit services to employees across Europe (mainly Russia), as well as providing support and coaching to managers on the compensation, benefits and payroll related processes and services. Main responsibilities will include administrating and coordinating local benefits programs as well as global programs applicable in the location, providing pre-payroll input to finance department, ensuring accurate and timely change to employee data, work schedules and leave balances, ensuring internal equity and consistency of practices throughout the location(s), as well as management of external vendors.
We are looking for a person with Bachelor’s degree in HR or related area, who has 3-5 years of relevant HR experience in a multinational environment, and possesses in-depth knowledge and expertise in the field of Compensation & Benefits, with proven experience in providing advice and guidance on compensation packages and ratios to various stakeholders across organization. Very good command of English and Russian, strong SAP and MS Office knowledge, and analytical skills are required. Experience of social legislation is highly preferable.
