Initially you will be responsible for administration of Employee Capital Plans (PPK) process design, according to the project deadlines, legal requirements and internal procedures. After the go live you will be responsible for administration of PPK according to legal requirements and internal procedures. During both stages you will be supported by professionals.
The Compensation & Benefits Specialist will also interact with the Client’s employees on a daily basis via phone, case management tool and ensuring proper resolution of PPK-related queries and requests.
- Process resignations and enrollments
- Pass data to payroll
- Process and storing documentation
- Contact with vendors
- Answer calls / cases and help the employees to navigate through the Employee Capital Plans rules and procedures
- Provid clarifications and guidance on PPK policies, procedures and processes
- Support other team members in other benefits and/or compensation related tasks

Before you start our induction training we will check if you have:
- fluent Polish
- good command of spoken and written English (B2)
- excellent Communication skills
- excellent job organization and time management skills
- experience in working on similar positions (Benefits administration, Project management, HR Administration) for at least 1 year
- experience in Compensation area will be an advantage
- experience in setting up processes and/or process optimization
