And your professional profile is relevant to the following skills:
- Proficient spoken and written English, at least C1;
- At least 2 years of experience in the area of cryptocurrencies, blockchain;
- Has a deep understanding and hands-on experience in Bitcoin, Ethereum (DeFi) and other fields of crypto market;
- Ability to leverage blockchain technology with a detailed understanding of cryptocurrency risks and evolving shape across policy, regulation, business and technology;
- Experience at crypto exchanges, in financial services or trading operations will be an advantage;
- University degree in business, finance, customer experience and/or blockchain will be an advantage;
- Inquisitiveness in searching for information and ease in building business relationships;
- Ability to conduct research and search for non-standard solutions;
- Ability to work effectively under time pressure and in quickly evolving environment;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written, at all organizational levels.

- Researching, analysing cryptographic technologies and their use in various blockchain based systems;
- Formulating the conclusions for the crypto- and blockchain-related business opportunities, projects and advising R&D department vulnerabilities of their implementation;
