Customer Care Specialist with German
Location: Wrocław
Responsibilities:
- Receiving and processing orders from customers
- Providing the client assistance and instructions
- Verification of orders, forwarding confirmation to the customer
- Handling customer complaints, issuing corrective invoices
- Close cooperation with the Sales and Logistics Department
Requirements:
- Fluent German and English
- Experience on similar position
- Very good communication skills
- Good overall computer skills (MS office, focus on Excel)
